ALASTAIR MACKINVEN / MERLIN CARPENTER / BEN WALLERS

SAVE IT: 710 pm Friday 17th June 2005. Also open Saturday 18th, Sunday 19th and Tuesday 21st June, 12-6 pm.

IMAGINE: a hot London night, the kind of night when anything can happen. Out of the hazy De Beauvoir dusk looms the biggest gallery you've ever seen. Music is pumping, great-looking people are spilling out into the innercity street. Pigeons are loose in the building. A feeling of here-and-nowness washes over you like a new born child and you say to yourself : "I don't want to commit suicide anymore!" Nang Gallery brings you ART, sye.

DISCOVERY: September '04 driving back from Bread and Wine to Hampstead in his Vintage G-Wagen, Eddie Nang gets lost in a side street. He follows fellow lifestyle pioneers into an humungous industrial unit. His first thought call his mates with the one message "Guy's we've gotta do something here!" NINE months since that conception comes BIRTH: Nang Gallery bestrides the epicenter of Now East London, up-and-coming Hoxton where artists and designers have reclaimed the industrial wasteland to create an environment where Art is the new import-export, DeeJaying the new sweatshop.

SODDING BIG: Bored with Damien, Tracey, Michael, Martin and Craig?! You liked FREEZE and SENSATION, well Nang Gallery could accommodate both of them and still have room for the Saatchi Gallery and three gift/book shops! Nang Gallery is well horny to be launching its hold your breath EIGHT MILLION cubic metres of artspace with ISLANDS OF GLORY IN STREETS CAKED WITH THE FÆCES OF DECADENCE, a show of new work by 3 young, "uncool"*, knob-squeezingly different gravy London artists with a lot of energy and nous. They'll put the chuff back in your art synapses with their pædo-saleable, fresh, urban, in yer face.

SWEET: The party is ON. Club GLASNOST features laptop PA from Tom "Mr T" Hall and star AntiFamily DJ: fusion, crossover, hardcore and happy hardcore. Our special guests can chill in the V.I.P. area: you've made it to the top, you deserve it. A space where you can be yourselves without being annoyed by people who wish they could be you. You're a celebrity, but you're also a human being.

VIBE: Raunchy, NIN, Alice in Chains, alternative. But most importantly, have fun.

DRINKS: Bar ICA Bottleneck will keep the mood swinging with beers and snacks at less than £2.50.

BUYERS: For previews contact Justin Langdon-Lockdown @ nang.gallery@gmail.com
